QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT JOB VACANCY.
We are a leading Tea Export Company in Sri Lanka in business for over 35 years and market our own Branded Teas in over 50 countries, spanning all continents. We also offer a total tea solution to International Clients by packing private label brands and supplying tea in bulk. We are an ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP certified Company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Quality inspection from raw materials to finished goods and ensuring 100% quality of products in internal & external locations.
- Quality control in production lines and doing needful to prevent issues in production processes.
- Support to maintain ISO and other relevant standards.
- Follow safety rules to create/ maintain a good safe working environment.
- Closely monitor the hygiene conditions of the people and premises.
- Maintaining of quality records.
Qualifications and Experience
- Be below 30 years and
- Passed G.C.E A/L in Bio or Math stream along with a HND in Food Technology or Science Graduate with Food or Agriculture tech/Chemistry as subjects.
- Good communication skills
- Process control or quality control experience in a manufacturing organization will be an added advantage
- Male candidates living in close proximity to Kandana / Ja-ela areas will be given priority.
