AGRI BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FIELD OFFICER - DAMBULLA.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with farmers to facilitate certification for quality produce enhance crop yields, and provide ongoing assistance.
- Provide training and support to farmers on best practices.
- Analyze yield data & improve cultivation techniques.
Qualifications:
- The applicant should have agriculture based qualifications.
- Minimum two years field experience in agricultural field.
- Age below 40 years, Male candidates are preferred.
- Should possess sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in working in different locations.
