As we continue to expand and strengthen our operations, we invite applications from experienced and technically competent professionals for the following position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Assurance and Compliance functions, ensuring full adherence to local and international **food safety standards**.
- Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of systems including **FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, IFS, and BRC**.
- Ensure compliance with all **organic, fair-trade, and regenerative certifications** (BOC, Fair for Life, Naturland, EU, USDA, JAS).
- Manage internal, external, and customer audits and ensure timely and effective closure of CAPAs.
- Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and R&D teams to uphold product integrity and quality consistency.
- Strengthen documentation control, traceability, and quality management systems across all operations.
- Mentor and build the technical and leadership capabilities of the QA team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Practical experience in coconut-based product manufacturing will be a distinct advantage.
- Proven expertise in food safety standards, certification management, and audit coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
