We are the number-one Pickle manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, catering our diverse products to global markets. Our factory is located in Girandurukotte in the Uva Province, and we are looking for experienced and qualified candidates for the bellow position in Anuradhapura.
FIELD EXTENSION OFFICER - JOB PROFILE
- Farmer Management & Field Expansion.
- Field Monitoring & Technical Advisory.
- Compliance With Export Standards.
- Inventory, Harvest & Procurement Management.
- Quality Assurance.
- Data Management & Reporting.
- Resource Distribution & Coordination.
- Problem Identification & Troubleshooting.
- Ethical & Administrative Responsibilities.
- Training & Capacity Building. (Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations, and awareness programs.)
- Provide leadership & ensure effective team management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Agriculture (NVQ level 3 & 4) or equivalent professional qualification.
- G.C.E. A/L & O/L passes with Agriculture as a subject.
- Minimum 06 months' experience as a field officer.
- Must possess a valid driving/riding license.
- Must possess a motor bicycle.
