We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about projects & international market development to join our team as an Executive / Senior Executive – Projects & Process Development.
🔑 Job Responsibilities
- Identify lucrative backward integration opportunities within the food and feed industry.
- Assist senior management in planning, developing and executing large-scale production and process improvement projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, techno-commercial evaluations, and risk assessments for new projects.
- Analyze international market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, regulatory analysis and trade mapping for targeted regions.
- Support the development of market entry strategies, partnership models, and global business pipelines.
- Monitor evolving global trends in food, feed, agriculture, and sustainable production.
- Research and propose innovative business concepts aligned with emerging technologies and market demands.
- Support the strategic planning process by presenting well-researched insights and recommendations.
🎓 Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Agriculture, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing or supporting large-scale production facility or industrial projects.
- Skills: Strong analytical, research, and project coordination skills.
- Advantage: Exposure to international markets, agribusiness, or food/feed-related industries will be a distinct advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, multitask, and deliver results within deadlines.
