JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in the coconut pith and husk industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products through rigorous field inspections and assessments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct on-site quality inspections of coconut pith and husk products.
- Selection and Approval provide based on Company Quality standards and provide input to Supply chain team for supplier registration.
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collect samples for laboratory testing and analyze results if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality assessments.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance best practices.
- Generate reports on quality metrics and suggest improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Diploma in Quality management, Food Technology or Science, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality assurance or control, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various field locations.
