Jaya Farm is a well-established company in the animal farming sector, situated in Marawila with several business locations in North Western Province, Sri Lanka. We are looking for suitable dynamic persons to fill the bellow positions across our Arachchikattuwa, Marichchikattuwa & Ogunawila Farms.
Qualifications
- Possess a HND Level 4-6 in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry or Advanced Level (Bio Stream).
- More than 6 months working experience in modern broiler farms.
Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
- Supervise and coordination activities of modern broiler farms.
- Manage Feed Supply (Oversee Feed Inventory and distribute to ensure optimal nutrition for birds).
- Maintain accurate records of flock performance, health and production.
- Equipment Maintenance.

- After one year, 2nd salary increment and add high incentive payment based on the performance and supportive team work.
- Approval leave 05 days per month.
