🎯 Responsibilities
- Achieving production targets as per the company standards.
- Comply with the bio security and all other legal requirements.
- Effective people management and drive them to achieve results in a motivated manner.
🎓 Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Animal Science / Animal Husbandry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Poultry Industry, Broiler farm.
- Leadership qualities, supervisory skills coupled with very good PR skills.
- Should be able to resident at the Farm. Bachelor shared accommodation will be provided.
