Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Age between 40 - 60 with a pleasant personality.
- Passed G.C.E. O/L or A/L.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge relevant to Tea, Vegetable and Minor Crops would be an added advantage.
- Ability to achieve the daily target of the Estate.
- Good Health Condition** & able to speak in Tamil Language.
- Candidates who are living closer to Rozella, Watawala & Hatton areas will be most preferable.
