JOB VACANCY: Quality Assurance Executive at Diana Biscuits (Pvt) Ltd.
Diana Biscuits (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Quality Assurance Executive** to join our team in Matale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing processes to ensure all products meet required specifications for quality, functions, and reliability before delivery.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, functions and reliability before delivery.
- Identifies and set appropriate Food Safety & Quality Standards and parameters for productions.
- Analyze possible reasons for product defects and quality lapses.
- Leads quality and food safety-related audits.
- Participate in quality management system reviews and promote quality and food safety policies to all personnel.
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Setting customer service standards while assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
- Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods.
- Engaging with preparation of required report.
✅ Job Requirements
- **Bachelor's Degree** or a Professional Qualification in **Food Science** or related field.
- Possesses **4 - 6 Years’ experience** in Quality Management in **FMCG industry**.
- Knowledge and experience in FSSC, **HACCP, GMP, HALAL & ISO Standardization**.
- Prior experience in biscuits/ confectionery industry would be an added advantage.
- Good Analytical skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to handle Food Safety related Audits with required documentation.
- Strong communications skills both **English & Sinhala**.
- Age below 40 years.
