Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all work areas, equipment, and facilities are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to hygiene standards.
- Oversee employees adherence to hygiene protocols.
- Supervise and ensure proper waste management and disposal practices.
- Identify potential hygiene risks and recommend corrective actions to prevent contamination or health hazards.
- Ensure pest control is carried out monthly according to standard protocols and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Passed GCE AL's.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Capable of identifying issues and providing effective solutions to hygiene-related challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
